Lucid Daydreams

It is said that we dream on an average of 5 times every night. Our dreams can be based on happiness, fear, anger, or sadness. These dreams are stories, fabricated from a variety of memories networked throughout our brain. Because they are based in emotion, these dreams are vivid and important to our subconscious being.

Lucid dreams are those that we can enter into knowing that we are dreaming. As many as 82% of people have the ability to enter and change the direction of their lucid dreams. We can make happy dreams happier and we CAN turn negative dreams around. We have the ability to find solutions. We are like Gods, taking control of the outcome of these dreams. Creating new futures, different conclusions, and fresh paths.

When you think about it, it is absolutely amazing to have this kind of power.

But what about our daydreams? The dreams that we consciously create; our wants, our goals, or desires? These are the dreams that we should have even more control over. These are the yearnings that we can do more than just dream about.

Maybe we want to walk out onto a stage and sing.

Maybe we want a promotion or to start our own company.

Maybe we want the courage to tell someone how we feel.

What is holding you back from following through on your dreams? You have the control!

The dreams that you have a night show you your path to happiness and can show you the paths away from sadness, anger, and fear. Use those dreams to guide you.
