The Founding Story: How a Vision Became Reality
Every incredible initiative stems from a moment of inspiration. For TOTS Therapeutic Child Care Center, that moment came through the lived experience of its passionate founder—an occupational therapist.
She saw, time and time again, how traditional daycares struggled to meet the needs of children with developmental or medical challenges. Parents were often told their children "didn't fit," teachers wished they could offer more individualized attention, and therapists met roadblocks in implementing vital strategies.
This gap in care sparked the vision for TOTS Center—a space where every child belongs. By bringing together therapeutic practices and early childhood education, TOTS Center aims to not only nurture the developmental progress of its students but also offer much-needed support to families and caregivers.
